The MPG, Metallurgical & Pinto Guerreiro, Ltd established in 1971 to 25 March, is now dedicated to producing furniture to computers and work on metallurgy. Over the past years with the company's growth, new targets were emerging.
In the mid 80's, changes in the information technology require the company to change that led to producing office furniture with his own brand MPG registered, marketed by a network of agents throughout the country and in the early 90s also with agents in Africa.
There is a recognition of his work at national level, the company has received the Merit award for Business of the City Council of Loures. Internationally, the book was distinguished Duns Pep 7500, as one of the best Portuguese companies.
As regards external trade, the Portuguese speaking countries are those who have maintained a higher turnover. The expansion in Africa is to achieve a goal but Europe is not beyond their horizons.
The concern that there is a continuing modernization of the means of work and technology, as well as dedication, work and willpower of all workers may be a factor for the progressive development of the MPG, where the objective is to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being met by pssam Metallurgy & Pinto Guerreiro. It is this line that is certified from 31 December 2001 under the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
